We are a boutique brokerage that operates differently from most others in the city. We are young enough to remain innovative yet have enough experience to know our way around the market. Listed below are some features of our firm as well as the qualities of candidates we are seeking out. We are targeting Residential Rental and Sales agents for New York City, Brooklyn or Queens. Of course, we will provide more details if you are selected for an interview.

We are very much opposed to the chop-shop method that is common in the industry. We recruit selectively, but the people that join our team are nurtured for growth, and there is plenty of room for their input and ideas once they become established agents. There is a strong possibility and encouragement for you to build your niche.

You have a NY State Real Estate License
or are enrolled in a real estate school.
